# 媒體申報檔下載

* 如果您需要提供給事務所「**電子發票媒體申報檔**」，您可以透過財政部電子發票整合服務平台進行下載，步驟如下：
  1. 登入 [財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/)：點選右上角「登入」，身份選擇「營業人」，使用「帳號」方式、輸入公司統編及帳號密碼進行登入<br>

  2. 點選左側的「**營業人功能選單 → 查詢與下載** **→  媒體申報檔下載(非即時) → 新增**」，設定好您要查詢的日期區間或期別後，再按「**存檔**」<br>

  3. 財政部系統產製檔案時間約為 10-15 分鐘，可下載檔案時，您會在 email 收到財政部寄送的「**媒體申報檔下載已處理完成通知**」即可回到 [財政部電子發票整合服務平台](https://www.einvoice.nat.gov.tw/) 進行下載<br>
  4. 點選左側的「**營業人功能選單 → 查詢與下載** **→ 媒體申報檔下載(非即時) → 查詢**」，點選申請日期中的小日曆，選「**申請的當天**」再按「**查詢**」，即可下載所需要的檔案格式<br>
