# 開立後如何列印並提供電子發票證明聯？
### 透過 Simpany 電子發票系統開立後，若要列印「電子發票證明聯」：
一、B2B （有統編的公司行號、機關團體）：
發票開立時，會自動寄送電子發票開立通知（含電子發票證明聯）至您填寫的買受人 email 中。\
開立完成後如果客戶方便列印，可以提供電子檔讓客戶列印。\
如果客戶不方便列印，您仍然可以列印再郵寄給對方哦！
二、B2C （無統編的一般消費者）：
因為發票可以兑獎，系統僅會寄送「開立通知」至買受人 email 中。
三、有三種情況會需要列印發票：
① 沒有消費者的 email： \
可以先填寫自己的 email 來進行開立，並請於開立時選擇「有列印需求」，即可將「證明聯」印出寄送給對方。 由於電子發票證明聯可以兌獎，請勿直接提供檔案給對方，避免發票中奬重複兌領問題。
② 消費者有特別說明需要收到電子發票紙本： \
請於開立時選擇「有列印需求」，即可將「證明聯」印出寄送給對方。
③ 存放在 Simpany 會員載具的發票中奬：\
若消費者在收到「開立通知」時，有自行將電子發票歸戶到手機條碼等共通性載具，發票中奬時財政部會直接通知消費者，您不需要做其他事情。 \
\
若消費者未歸戶、但發票中奬時，您與消費者皆會收到發票中獎 email 通知，請與消費者聯繫將中奬的「證明聯」印出寄送給對方。

提醒：只有「電子發票證明聯」可以兌獎，若有「補印」字樣的證明聯不能兌獎哦！

四、列印發票的方式，可以選擇：
① 使用「熱感應式印表機」列印
② 使用「一般印表機」以 A4 紙列印：建議加蓋發票章覆蓋部分發票空白處，以示正本，避免發票中獎時對方複印多張兌獎哦！

關於熱感應式印表機
* 主要每家型號預設列印設定較不同，目前與 Simpany 電子發票系統較相容的機器型號為「EPSON TM-T82III」、「EPSON TM-M30III」，我們目前沒有協助代購，您可以透過其他通路購買唷！
* Simpany 電子發票是於網頁後台開立發票，開立後發票會是 pdf 檔案，只要您的熱感應式印表機可以順利連接電腦、列印 pdf 檔案，基本上都是可以使用的喔。
